Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, make a note of the items which you require and forward the request via email on the contact us link.

You will receive an order confirmation same day via fax or email. Simply check the content and price. Your order will not be processed until you verify the confirmation and we have received a signed copy; again by email, fax, or post.

The order confirmation does not constitute a contract between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract, when we send you an invoice, usually same day by fax or email with an original hard copy by post. In the event of a change of price, or vat we will always contact you first to ensure that you wish to proceed.

Shipping and Handling

UK Shipping isn’t included in our prices and is calculated once we receive your enquiry.

EU & Overseas orders are shipped against a pre agreed shipping fee. Cougar are able to arrange world wide freight , alternatively you may arrange collection ex factory with your own shipping agent. Please contact us for further details.

Delivery Schedule

We have an extensive product line with over 100 permutations. Consequently all Cougar systems are made to order.

Mail order Kits are dispatched within 10 Working days from receipt of order, Please allow 48 hours in carriage.

Fitted systems are generally installed within 7 working days from receipt of order and deposit. The date & location as agreed upon order confirmation.

Tax Charges

Orders made from the UK are subject to the standard VAT rate of 20%.

Credit Card Security

We do not currently accept payments on our website. If you would like to order any products please call and we will take payment over the phone.


We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are covered by a three year parts & labour guarantee on a return to us basis. Full details of our terms and conditions of trading are printed on the reverse of your invoice or are available on request.

Remittance Terms

Customers with an annual spend in excess of £15,000 may apply for a trading account, if approved, settlement on accounts is strictly 30 days net.

Mail order terms are Pro Forma by Electronic transfer or cheque 5 days prior to dispatch.
Fitted terms are 50% total invoice value with order, balance on completion.

Our frails

All frails offered fully fitted to your van at our works in Baldock Hertfordshire or your premises.

Fitted frails available with extra wide baseboards loads stops. Large frails come with an integral roof ladder.

Frails can be supplied at lower heights for ease in height restricted areas. Our frails are manufactured from structural
grade aluminium extrusion and are the strongest frails on the market and will give decades of years service.
